About modification and amendments in some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

According to article 25 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 23, 2008 "About Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" and article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 31, 2013 "About modification and amendments in some laws of the Republic of Belarus concerning business activity and the taxation" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Make changes and additions to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 11, 2009 No. 617 "About some questions of implementation by tax authorities of ministerial procedures" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 119, 5/29751; 2010, No. 173, 5/32188; 2011, No. 7, 5/33130; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 19.07. 2012, 5/35981; 23:10. 2012, 5/36369; 05:03. 2014, 5/38492):

in Item 1:

in part three of subitem 1.1 of the word "Ministerial Procedures of Registration of the Book of Accounting of Checks and Register of Indications of the Accumulating Counters of the Gaming Machine Are Performed" shall be replaced with words "Ministerial procedure of registration of the book of accounting of checks is performed";

in subitem 1.2-1:

from the paragraph of the fourth the second offer to exclude;

1.4.1. in Item 1.1:

in subitem 1.1.6:
