About modification and amendments in the Marine life protection act of witnesses and other participants of criminal procedure No. 105-XVI of May 16, 2008

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

In the Marine life protection act of witnesses and other participants of criminal procedure No. 105-XVI of May 16, 2008 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, Art. No. 112-114, 434), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes and additions:

1. In part (1) Article 2:

in Item 1):

subitems and), b) and c) after words to "criminal case" to add with the words "on heavy, especially heavy or extremely serious crimes";

the subitem e) after the words "imprisonments" to add with the words "or life imprisonment";

in Item 5) words and figures "in Article 13," shall be replaced with words also in figures "in Articles 14 and 14-1,";

in Item 6) of the word "detention centers" shall be replaced with words "places of detention";

in Item 8) words and figures "with Article 11" to exclude, and shall be replaced with words the word of "Law" "with the Law";

in Item 12) to exclude the words "within the protection program";

add Article with Items 13), 14) and 15) of the following content:

"13) the protected person which is in places of detention – person to whom are applied detention, measure of restraint in the form of provisional attachment or which serves custodial sanction or life imprisonment and with which the agreement on protection according to this law is signed;

14) the place of detention – the place where persons to whom are applied detention, measure of restraint in the form of provisional attachment, or the place where person serves custodial sanction or life imprisonment contain;

15) administration of the place of detention – management of the place of detention.".

2. In Article 3:
