About modification and amendments in some legal acts
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. – B the Law on regime of foreigners in the Republic of Moldova No. 200 of July 16, 2010 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. No. 179-181, 610), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes and additions:
1. To add article 3 after the concept "visa" with the concept "electronic visa" of the following content:
"the electronic visa – the electronic permission representing set of the graphical signs and digital codes assigned for the applicant in confirmation of the issue of visa granting to foreigners the right to entrance or transit on the territories of the Republic of Moldova, and also the stay right to its territories during fixed term with observance of the purpose for which the visa was issued;".
2. Add Article 20 with part (1-1) following contents:
"(1-1) Electronic visa is issued to foreigners by Head department on consular cases of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration.".
3. In part (1) Article 24 of the word "Diplomatic Representations and Consular Establishments" shall be replaced with words "Organizations of diplomatic service".
Art. II. – B the Law on the consular fees No. 242 of September 24, 2010 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. No. 231-234, 732), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes and additions:
1. In Article 7:
in part (1) words "diplomatic representations, including permanent missions under the international organizations, and consular establishments of the Republic of Moldova." shall be replaced with words "organizations of diplomatic service."; part (to add 3) with the words "or, on circumstances, Head department on consular cases of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration.
2. Add appendix 1 with line item 8 following contents:
