1) in Article 4.2:

a) 1 after the words "request documents (data) necessary for" to add Item 7.1 of part with words "rendering the free help to insured person in the form of creation of statements, claims, petitions and other documents of legal nature, and also in the form of representation of interests of insured person in courts,", after words "state bodies", to add with words "bodies of state non-budgetary funds,";

b) add part 2 with Item 10.1 of the following content:

"10. 1) to give to insured person the free help necessary for receipt of insurance coverage according to part 4 of article 13 of this Federal Law, according to the procedure, established by the federal executive body performing functions on development of state policy and normative legal regulation in the field of social insurance in the form of creation of statements, claims, petitions and other documents of legal nature, and also in the form of representation of interests of insured person in courts if insured person in writing declares need of rendering to it the specified help and agrees to obtaining and processing of its personal data;";

2) in Article 4.3:
