Representatives of suspects and persons accused in the European Court of Human Rights and persons giving them legal aid in connection with intention to address to the European Court of Human Rights are forbidden to carry by on the territory of the place of detention technical means of communication, and also technical means (devices) allowing to perform filming audio-and video. In case of attempt of transfer to the suspect or person accused prohibited to storage and use of objects, substances and food appointment immediately is interrupted.".
