"Employees of bodies of the Federal Security Service whose categories are determined by federal executive body in the field of safety at least once a year have medical examinations in the military-medical organizations according to the procedure, established by federal executive body in the field of safety in coordination with the federal executive body performing functions on development and realization of state policy and normative legal regulation in the field of health care.

Military personnel of bodies of the Federal Security Service has medical examination, medical examinations according to the procedure, established by the head of federal executive body in the field of safety.
