Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 1, 2011 No. 687 "About some measures for implementation of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About entering of amendments and changes into some laws of the Republic of Belarus concerning architectural, town-planning and construction activities" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 65, 5/33881) the following amendment and change:
add the resolution with Item 3-1 of the following content:
"3-1. Explain to the Ministry of Architecture questions of application of this resolution.";
To be reworded as follows the regulations on procedure for carrying out public discussions in the field of architectural, town-planning and construction activities approved by this resolution it (is applied).
2. This resolution becomes effective since April 1, 2014.
