2) in item 4 of Article 19 of the word "summary financial statements of political parties" to exclude;

"3. The political party and its regional departments (if other is not established by the charter of political party) have the right to sign loan agreements with physical persons and legal entities, credit agreements with legal entities.
Within calendar year the total amount for which by political party and its regional departments loan agreements can be signed with one physical person shall not exceed the fivefold size of stipulated in Item 8th article 30 of this Federal Law of the amount of the donations received from one physical person within calendar year.
