Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About local self-government" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2011, No. 7, the Art. 1004) the following amendment:
to add part 1 of Article 18 with Item 23 following of content:
"23) implementation of the powers in the field of subsurface use referred to maintaining local government bodies by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic on subsurface use.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
