Article 1. Bring in the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the status of judges of the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2008, No. 6/2, of the Art. 605) the following change and amendment:
1. State Article 27-1 in the following edition:
"Article 27-1. Resignation of the judge
2. Each judge has the right to resignation at own will irrespective of age. The judge is considered retired or removed if his behavior as judges is faultless and he was exempted on the bases provided by Items 1, of 2, of 4, of 5, 11 parts 2 of article 26 of this constitutional Law, or its powers are stopped on the bases provided by part 1 of article 27 of this constitutional Law.
3. To the judges staying in resignation, the certificate of the judge in resignation is issued according to the procedure, established by the President.
4. For the judge staying in resignation the judge's rank in resignation, belonging to judicial community, immunity guarantee for the opinion expressed to them when implementing justice and the decision made by court remain if only the court verdict which took legal effect does not establish guilt of the judge in removal of obviously illegal court resolution.
5. The judge is considered staying in resignation until keeps nationality of the Kyrgyz Republic and does not allow acts, it discrediting and by that belittling authority of judicial authority.
