About modification and amendments in some legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic

Article 1.

Voided according to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic of 24.01.2017 No. 10

Article 2.

Bring in the Family code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2004, No. 1, the Art. 1) the following amendments and changes:

1. "Property" to add item 4 of article 86 after the word with the words "or its part by provision to the child or children in property in equal shares".
