About entering of amendment into the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About state registration of legal entities, branches (representations)"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About state registration of legal entities, branches (representations)" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2009, No. 2, the Art. 130) the following amendment:

to add part 3 of Article 6 with the paragraph the second the following content:

"Legal entities, branches (representations) shall use in the name in the state and official languages of the Kyrgyz Republic respectively only letters of the Kyrgyz and Russian alphabets, and in English - letters of the Latin alphabet.".

Article 2. Legal entities, branches (representations) registered (re-registered) before enforcement of this Law whose name contains letters or hieroglyphs of other alphabets keep right to use of such name in case of the state re-registration.
Article 3. This Law becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
