About entering of amendment of N of change into the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About state registration of legal entities, branches (representations)"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About state registration of legal entities, branches (representations)" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2009, No. 2, the Art. 130) the following amendment and change:

1. To add part 15 of Article 10 with the paragraph the fourth the following content:

"In case of state registration of condominium the list of owners of the residential and non-residential premises in the apartment house which took part in the constituent assembly of condominium with indication of surname, name, middle names, the address and details of documents of title on the rooms belonging to them on the property right is enclosed to the registration application.".

2. To state paragraphs of the sixth and seventh part 4 of Article 11 in the following edition:

"-the list of founders of creation of non-profit organization or the list of citizens initiators (for condominiums) with indication of surname, name, middle name, year of birth and the address.

In case when physical persons act as founders of non-profit organization or initiators, in the list of founders or in the list of citizens initiators surname, the name, middle name, year of birth and the address of founders are entered. The list is signed by founders or initiators, at the same time their signature shall be witnessed notarially.".

Article 2. This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.

To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law.
