About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About the State land cadastre" about cancellation of payment for entering of data into the State land cadastre and changes to them

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About the State land cadastre" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2012, No. 8, Art. 61; 2014, No. 6-7, of Art. 80 with the changes made by the Law of Ukraine from 14 May, 2013 No. 233-VII) the following changes:

The paragraph the fifth parts four of Article 24 to exclude 1);

The paragraph the fifth parts four of Article 26 to exclude 2);

3) in Article 28:

the fifth parts three to exclude the paragraph;

in part eight of the word "are directly established by the laws and regulatory legal acts adopted according to them" to exclude;

The paragraph the fifth parts two of Article 29 to exclude 4);

To exclude 5) in Article 40 of the word "and also due to collection of payment for entering of data into the State land cadastre, modification of them, provision of data from the State land cadastre";

The text of Article 41 to state 6) in the following edition:

"1. Entering of data into the State land cadastre, modification of them is performed free of charge.

2. For provision of data from the State land cadastre the payment, except as specified, established by this Law is levied.

3. Provision of data from the State land cadastre according to the appeal of the Verkhovna Rada of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, executive bodies and local government bodies is performed free of charge.

4. The list, the sizes, procedure for collection of payment are established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in three-months time from the date of entry into force of this Law to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law.
