1.1. in case of non-presentation by the customs applicant when placing the foreign goods moved on the territory of the Republic of Belarus from one internal customs authority to other internal customs authority from customs authority in the place of arrival to internal customs authority, from internal customs authority to customs authority in the place of departure (further - foreign goods), under customs procedure of customs transit of the documents specified in Item 3 of the Procedure for making by customs authorities of the customs transactions connected with giving, registration of the transit declaration and completion of customs procedure of the customs transit approved by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of August 17, 2010 No. 438 "About procedure for making by customs authorities of the customs transactions connected with giving, registration of the transit declaration and completion of customs procedure of customs transit" the authorized officer of customs authority constitutes in duplicate the written requirement about submission of documents (further - the requirement) with indication of in it the term of the submission of documents which is not exceeding the term of release of goods according to customs procedure of customs transit. One copy of the requirement is handed to the customs applicant, the second - remains in customs authority;
1.2. foreign goods are located under customs procedure of customs transit after submission of the documents specified in the requirement.
2. Establish form of the act of accident, force majeure or other circumstances interfering transportation of goods according to customs procedure of customs transit (further - the act of accident) according to appendix to this resolution.
3. Determine that the statement of accident is drawn up in triplicate no later than one working day following behind day of the appeal of carrier. The first copy of the act of accident remains in the customs authority which drew up the statement of accident, the second - goes to customs authority of departure, third - is issued to carrier.
