Article 1. Bring in part II of the Civil code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1998, No. 6, the Art. 226) the following changes and amendment:

1. Article 1142 - 1145 to state in the following edition:

"Article 1142. First priority of legal heirs

1. Article 1143. Second priority of legal heirs

1. If there are no heirs of the first priority, the right to inheritance under the law at second priority is acquired in equal shares by full and not full brothers and sisters of the testator, and also his grandfather and the grandmother on the father's side and from mother.

2. Children of full and not full brothers and sisters of the testator (nephews and nieces of the testator) inherit by the right of representation.

Article 1144. Third queue of legal heirs

1. If there are no heirs of the first and second priority, the right to inheritance under the law in the third queue is acquired in equal shares by native uncles and aunts of the testator.

2. Cousins and sisters of the testator inherit by the right of representation.

Article 1145. Heirs of the subsequent queues

1. If there are no heirs of the first, second and third priority, the right to inherit under the law is acquired by the relatives of the testator of the third, fourth and fifth degree of relationship who are not belonging to heirs of prior queue.
