Determine that action of Items 2.1.4 and 2.1.12 of the State program of privatization of the state and municipal companies in the Russian Federation approved by the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of December 24, 1993 No. 2284 "About the State program of privatization of the state and municipal companies in the Russian Federation" does not extend to the federal state unitary enterprise "Goznak".

3.
