"3) to the budget of the subject of the Russian Federation in the form of other interbudget transfers for subsequent their provision according to Article 78.1 of the Budget code of the Russian Federation in the form of subsidies of the State corporation on assistance to development, production and export of high-technology industrial output Rostec (further - the Rostec State corporation). The specified subsidies are provided to the Rostec State corporation in case of assignment on it by legal acts of the President of the Russian Federation of functions of the customer on ensuring accomplishment of engineering researches and preparation of the project documentation for construction of the regional perinatal centers in subjects of the Russian Federation, and also construction and commissioning of these centers. After completion of construction and commissioning of these Rostec State corporation centers provides their transfer into the ownership of subjects of the Russian Federation.";
