1. In Item 17 of the Regulations on representatives of the state in governing bodies of economic societies, shares (share in authorized funds) of which belong to the Republic of Belarus or administrative and territorial units, the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of May 16, 2008 No. 694 "About representatives of the state in governing bodies of economic societies, the share (share in authorized funds) which belong to the Republic of Belarus or administrative and territorial units" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 121, 5/27662; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 21.02. 2014, 5/38456), the words "in Social Security Fund of the population of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection" shall be replaced with words "in the budget of state non-budgetary fund of social protection of the population of the Republic of Belarus".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
