"1. Determine that:
1.1. in the state-financed organizations and other organizations receiving subsidies which workers are equated on compensation to employees of state-financed organizations (further - state-financed organizations), additional vacations for irregular working hours are granted to separate employee categories according to the list according to appendix;
1.2. the additional vacation for irregular working hours is granted on condition of establishment to the employee of state-financed organization of irregular working hours;
1.3. in case of determination of duration of additional vacation for irregular working hours by the employer considers need of accomplishment by the specific employee of state-financed organization of labor obligations a lot of working hours, and also intensity and complexity of its work;
1.4. the additional vacation for irregular working hours is not granted to workers to whom according to the legislation irregular working hours are not established.".
2. Declare invalid the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 26, 2002 No. 533 "About features of working conditions of health workers" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2002, No. 50, 5/10353).
