2. Add the Requirements to filling of statements (requests) in the field of state registration of the rights to real estate and their encumbrances approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of April 17, 2012 No. 595/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 20, 2012 for No. 590/20903 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of December 14, 2012 No. 1841/5), new Item 9 of the following content:

"9. For receipt of SMS-pov_domlennya/elektronnogo by the applicant the letter on the made decision by results of consideration of the application (request) in the field of the statement (request) "Phone applicant/e-mail" is specified number of mobile phone / e-mail address".

3. To the state company "Information center" of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine (Bogdanov L. V.) take adequate measures for ensuring implementation of this order.

4. Department of interaction with authorities (Martynenko S. V.) to provide this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 03, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".

5. This order becomes effective since May 20, 2014.
