About modification and amendments in some legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic

Article 1.

Voided according to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic of 13.04.2017 No. 58

Article 2.

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About traffic in the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1998, No. 8, the Art. 248) the following changes and amendments:

1. To recognize Items 1 and 3 of Article 16 invalid.

2. Add the law with Article 24-1 of the following content:

"Article 24-1. The database of the registered vehicles

4. Add the law with Article 26-1 of the following content:

"Article 26-1. Requirements imposed to the organizations (driving schools) training to skills of driving

1. The organization (driving school) training to skills of driving shall have the license granted by authorized state body in the field of education in coordination with authorized state body in the field of traffic safety and also conform to the following requirements:

- the staff (instructors) of the organization training to the theory and practice of driving shall have driving years of service at least three years;

- have available (in property or on rent basis) road transport on which training in skills of driving is performed;
