About entering of amendment into the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About highways"

Accepted by Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic on May 21, 2014

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About highways" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1998, No. 9, the Art. 322) the following amendment:

Add Article 26 with part 3 following of content:

"The procedure for establishment and compensation of the extent of the harm and damage caused to highways by the vehicles transporting heavy and bulky cargoes according to the offer of authorized state body in the field of transport and communications affirms the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.".

Article 2. This Law becomes effective after 15 days from the date of official publication.

To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic within 3 months from the date of entry into force of this Law to develop and approve the Procedure for establishment and compensation of the extent of the harm and damage caused to highways by the vehicles transporting heavy and bulky cargoes.
