About introduction of amendments and changes in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "The technical regulation "About Fire Safety"

Article 1. Introduce in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "The technical regulation "About Fire Safety" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2011, No. 7, the Art. 1045) the following amendments and change:

1. Add Article 106 with the paragraph third the following content:

"-state fire-proof prevention;".

2. State Article 107 in the following edition:

"Article 107. State fire supervision of observance of requirements of fire safety

1. Operation of subjects to protection is subject to the state fire supervision.

2. At stage of operation, maintenance the state fire supervision is exercised by conducting checks of operability of fire protection systems, and also execution of the measures stated in the conclusion about compliance to requirements of fire safety and this Technical regulation.

The procedure of the state fire supervision is determined by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.".

3. Add the law with Articles 107-1 and 107-2 of the following content:

"Article 107-1. Responsibility for fire safety

Responsibility for observance of requirements of fire safety is born:

- when designing - persons who directly designed objects, and the project organization;

- when conducting the state fire examination of the project documentation - person who was carrying out expertize, the state body which was carrying out expertize, and his faces;

- in case of construction - the construction organization, state bodies exercising architectural and construction supervision, and the faces which are directly exercising this supervision;
