About entering of amendments and changes into Regulations on the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus

1. Bring in the Regulations on the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 29, 2006 No. 967 "Single questions of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 130, 5/22734; 2010, No. 301, 5/32966; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 27.06.2013, 5/37437), following amendments and changes:
1.1. in Item 1 part one:
after words of "economic policy" to add part with the words "and state policy in the field of implementation of investments";
exclude the words "and investment";
1.2. in item 4:
state subitem 4.3.5 in the following edition:
"4.3.5. measures of single state policy in the field of implementation of investments, the single principles, mechanisms of its realization and increase in efficiency of use of investments;";
add Item with subitem 4.3.6 of the following content:
"4.3.6. the state cluster policy and creation of conditions for increase in level of competitiveness of national economy by means of implementation of cluster model of development;";
1.3. in Item 5:
in subitem 5.9 of the word "performs the state investment policy, including" shall be replaced with words "provides realization of single state policy in the field of implementation of investments by coordination of activities of republican state bodies, other state organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus, local executive and administrative organs concerning implementation of investments, application of the legislation in the field of implementation of investments and also performs the analysis and forecasting of investments,";
