About introduction of amendments to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 28, 2014 No. 76

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 28, 2014 No. 76 "About social protection of members of families of persons whose death is connected with participation in the mass actions of civil protest which took place during the period from November 21, 2013 to February 21, 2014" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 28, the Art. 790) the following changes:

in the paragraph the second Item 1 to exclude the word "disabled";

the paragraph one of Item 2 to replace with paragraphs of the following content:

"2. Establish since April 1, 2014 pension supplement in connection with loss of the supporter to disabled members of families which were on content of persons whose death is connected with participation in mass actions of civil protest, and also employees of law enforcement agencies and the military personnel whose death is connected with participation in the specified shares, in the following sizes:

on one disabled family member - 5000 hryvnias;

on two disabled family members - 6500 hryvnias;

on three and more disabled family members - 8000 hryvnias.".

With respect thereto paragraphs two and third to consider respectively paragraphs the fifth and sixth;

add the resolution with Item 5 of the following content:

"5. Grant to the Ministry of social policy power of decision about payment of the one-time monetary assistance to other persons, do not belong to specified in the paragraph the second Item 1 of this resolution of members of the family of persons whose death is connected with participation in mass actions of civil protest, within the budgetary funds provided on such payment.".
