About modification of the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2014"

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. The law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2014" (2014, No. 9, the Art. 93, No. 12, the Art. 192, No. 15, the Art. 329, No. 18-19, the Art. 694) to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with Article 23-1 of the following content:

"Article 23-1. Grant the right to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine to perform bond issues of internal state loan over the amounts established by appendix No. 2 to this Law in exchange for these bonds of the finance bills issued by Fund of guaranteeing household deposits with limiting corresponding adjustment of amount of the public debt determined by article 5 of this Law.

The Ministry of Finance of Ukraine increases the corresponding indicators of financing of the government budget over the amounts approved in appendix No. 2 to this Law by amount of the issued domestic government bonds".

2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
