About modification of the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2014"

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2014" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2014, No. 9, of the Art. 93, No. 12, of the Art. 192, No. 15, of the Art. 329, No. 18-19, of Art. 694 with the changes made by the Law of Ukraine of June 17, 2014 No. 1333-VII) to add the law of Ukraine with article 25 of the following content:

"Article 25. Determine that provision of means by the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine to the utility company "Dnipropetrovsk Subway" of the Dnipropetrovsk city council (for the credit account, attracted with the state from the European Investment Bank to project implementation "Completion of construction of the subway in Dnipropetrovsk") is performed on irretrievable basis and on the terms of compensation of expenses of the government budget by the Dnipropetrovsk city council on servicing of the loan attracted by the state from the European Investment Bank for project implementation "Completion of construction of the subway in Dnipropetrovsk", and also on condition of entering by the Dnipropetrovsk city council into the government budget of payment for provision of borrowing facilities in the amount of, established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

The utility company "Dnipropetrovsk Subway" of the Dnipropetrovsk city council is exempted from the obligation to provide ensuring accomplishment of the obligations to the state on expense recovery of the government budget suffered in connection with receipt of the credit of the European Investment Bank for project implementation "Completion of construction of the subway in Dnipropetrovsk".

2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
