About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning protection of the rights of disabled people
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:
1. In article 161 of the Criminal code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2001, Art. No. 25-26, 131):
state the name in the following edition:
"Article 161. Violation of equality of citizens depending on their racial, national identity, religious beliefs, disability and on other signs";

2. Part third of article 2 of the Law of Ukraine "About bases of social security of disabled people in Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of USSR, 1991, No. 21, Art. 252; 2012, 31, 381) to state No. to the Art. in the following edition:
"The terms "reasonable adaptation" and "universal design" are used in the value given in the Convention on the rights of disabled people, and the term "discrimination on the basis of disability" is used in the value given in the Convention on the rights of disabled people and the Law of Ukraine "About the principles of prevention and counteraction of discrimination in Ukraine".
