About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Land code of Ukraine (the Sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2002 p., Art. No. 3-4, 27):

To exclude 1) in part eight of Article 122 of the word "and also transfers the parcels of land of agricultural purpose of state-owned property to the authorized capital of the national land bank which completely belongs to the state and is not subject to privatization";

2) in the Section IX "Final provisions":

in the subitem "v" of item 4 of the word "about the national land (mortgage) bank" to exclude;

exclude Item 6.

2. In the Law of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2001 p., No. 5-6, of Art. 30; 2007 p., No. 2, Art. 15, No. 10, Art. 90; 2011 p., No. 36, Art. 362, No. 43, Art. 448; 2012, No. 50, Art. 564; 2013 p., No. 36, Art. 473; 2014, No. 4, Art. 61):

Part the sixth Article 3 to exclude 1);

2) in Article 7:

the third offer of part two to exclude;

 the twenty sixth and twenty seventh to exclude parts.

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine to take measures for liquidation of the National Land Bank public joint stock company formed by it.
