The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1. In Item 2 parts three of article 50 of the Law of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2001, No. 5-6, of Art. 30; 2011, 36, the Art. 362) words of "specially authorized body of the executive authority in the field of regulation of the markets of financial services" shall be replaced with words No. "the national commission performing state regulation in the field of the markets of financial services".

2. In the Law of Ukraine "About financial services and state regulation of the markets of financial services" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2002, No. 1, Art. 1; 2011, No. 52, Art. 591; 2012, No. 7, Art. 53):

Item 29 parts one of Article 1 after words "persons - entrepreneurs" to add 1) with the words "if other is not provided by the law";

2) part one Items 21 and 22 of Article 28, are added with the Law of Ukraine of June 2, 2011 No. 3462-VI, to consider respectively Items 26 and 27;

Part one of Article 42 to state 3) in the following edition:

"1. Penalties, the stipulated in Article 41 this Law, are imposed by the Chairman, other members of the national commission performing state regulation in the field of the markets of financial services and also the officials authorized by the commission after consideration of the materials certifying the offense fact";
