About modification of the Regulations on Government commission concerning social and economic development of the Far East

Bring in the Regulations on Government commission concerning social and economic development of the Far East approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 17, 2013 No. 810 "About Government commission concerning social and economic development of the Far East" (The Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 38, the Art. 4824), the following changes:

a) add with Items 10 (1) - 10(3) following contents:

10(1). The subcommittee concerning implementation of investment projects in the Far East is part of the Commission as working body (further - subcommittee).

The chairman of subcommittee is the Deputy Prime Minister of Russia - the plenipotentiary of the President of the Russian Federation in the Far Eastern Federal District.

10(2). The subcommittee performs consideration and approval of the investment projects provided by the Ministry of the Russian Federation of development of the Far East which are subject to realization in the Far East for the purpose of rendering the state support to such projects.

10(3). Regulations of work of subcommittee and its structure affirm the chairman of subcommittee.";
