About modification of Appendix 1 to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 5, 2014 No. 85

1. Bring in appendix 1 to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 5, 2014 No. 85 "Some questions limiting approval of number of workers of the device and territorial authorities of the central executive bodies, other state bodies" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 29, the Art. 814) the following changes:
in line item of Ministry of Economic Development of figure "1151" and "1143" to replace with figures "1122" and "1114";
in line item to replace Ministry of Regional Development of figure "354" and "352" respectively with figures "383" and "381".
2. To the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing in connection with reference to its powers to questions of forming and realization of the state regional policy:
together with the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade and the Ministry of Finance to resolve in accordance with the established procedure issue concerning transfer to the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing of part of the budget settings provided to the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade the vgosudarstvenny budget of Ukraine for 2014;
together with the interested central executive bodies to submit proposals on entering of corresponding changes into acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in two-month time and to make changes to own regulatory legal acts.
