1. Declare invalid the Order of the Ministry of Fuel and Energy of Ukraine of June 21, 2013 No. 388 "About the organization of supervision (control) for the issued specifications on accession", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 11, 2013 for No. 1171/23703.
2. (Serdyukov R. P.) in the procedure established by the legislation to submit to the director of the department of power industry this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister Ulida V. Yu.
