1. Recognize invalid orders of the Ministry of transport of Ukraine:

1) of October 31, 1995 No. 392 "About approval of the Collection of rates for the complex of the works connected with load handling in the ports of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 26, 1995 for No. 476/1012 (with changes);

2) of June 27, 1996 No. 214 "About approval of the Meeting and service fees, provided to courts in the sea trade ports of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 24, 1996 at No. 374/1399 (with changes).

2. Department of state policy in the field of sea and river transport to provide:

1) submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

2) promulgation of this order on the official site of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister Bondarenko A. E.
