Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 16, 2008 "About bodies of financial investigations of the State Control Committee of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 184, 2/1511; 2009, No. 173, 2/1598) following changes and amendment:

1. State Articles 13 and 14 in the following edition:

"Article 13. Rights of bodies of financial investigations

Bodies of financial investigations for the purpose of accomplishment of the tasks assigned to them within their competence are granted the right:

perform operational search activities;

carry out in the procedure for test of state bodies, other legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, other citizens established by legal acts, perform monitoring and other control actions;

it is non-paid to use information systems (bases and databanks) of state bodies, other state organizations, and when conducting checks also by bases and databanks of the checked subjects taking into account requirements of the legislation on information, informatization and information security, to use radio-frequency range;

recruit in accordance with the established procedure in checks of representatives of the law-enforcement, controlling (supervising) bodies, other state bodies, other organizations, and also experts (specialists);

require and receive from state bodies, other organizations, officials, other citizens in the time established by bodies of financial investigations necessary data, documents (their copy) and explanations, other information;
