Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 16, 2002 "About natural monopolies" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2003, No. 1, 2/911; 2006, No. 122, 2/1259; 2010, No. 15, 2/1666) following changes:
to exclude words of "activities of subjects";
"goods markets" and "implementable goods" to replace words respectively with words "the markets of services" and "the rendered services".
2. State Articles 1 and 2 in the following edition:
"Article 1. The main terms applied in this Law and their determinations
For the purposes of this Law the following main terms and their determinations are applied:
natural monopoly - market situation of services in case of which creation of competitive conditions for satisfaction of demand for certain type of service is impossible or economically inexpedient owing to technological features of production and provision of this type of service;
rendering services - rendering (provision) the services which are objects of the civil laws;
the consumer - the subject of the civil law using or intending to use services relating to the sphere of natural monopolies;
the market of services - the market in which the services relating to the sphere of natural monopolies are offered;
the subject of natural monopoly - the business entity rendering the services relating to the sphere of natural monopolies;
the sphere of natural monopolies - the sphere of service offering which is legislatively carried to natural monopoly in which the consumer can acquire such services;
service - activities which results have no material expression are implemented and consumed in the course of implementation of these activities, and also the goods made (implemented) in the conditions of natural monopolies;
