About modification and amendments in presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus of February 21, 2006 No. 107 and of March 29, 2012 No. 150

1. Make changes and additions to the following presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 21, 2006 No. 107 "About sources and procedure for financing of specialized educational sports facilities of Federation of trade unions of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 35, 1/7281; 2009, No. 119, 1/10688):

in the name of the word "Federations of Trade Unions of Belarus" to replace with the word of "labor unions";

state Item 1 in the following edition:

"1. Determine that:

1.1. sources of financing of specialized educational sports facilities of labor unions (further - sports schools) are:

the funds allocated by Federation of trade unions of Belarus;

means of trade-union budgets;

budget funds of state non-budgetary fund of social protection of the population of the Republic of Belarus;

financial assignments of the organizations which trade-union organizations are founders of sports schools;

other sources which are not prohibited by the legislation;

1.2. sports schools have the right not to compensate (fully or partially) to the legal entities who are owners of sports constructions or to which this real estate is assigned on the right of economic maintaining or operational management (further - asset holders), charged depreciation, the corresponding operating expenses, capital and running repair of real estate, utilities costs, including heating, the consumed electric power (further - costs (expenses) on content of sports constructions), by provision of this real estate to sports schools in free use for the purposes of the organization of educational and training process.
