being guided by the Constitutive treaty of Eurasian economic community of October 10, 2000,
realizing the purposes and tasks of Eurasian economic community,
understanding need of creation of single procedure for issue and security circulation, single procedure of professional activity in the security market, the single principles of protection and providing the rights of investors within Eurasian economic community,
aiming to promote growth of economic capacity of the Parties,
agreed as follows:
The purposes of this agreement are creation of the single interstate security market, development and acceptance within Eurasian economic community of measures for protection of interests of investors of the interstate security market, creation of the information database about the interstate security market and ensuring equal access of the Parties to it.
At the same time the interstate security market is understood as set of the security markets of the Parties combined by the general principles of functioning and state regulation.
State registration of releases and reports on results of issues of securities is performed according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Party in the territory of which securities take place and address.
Members of the interstate security market are the issuers of securities, investors, professional participants of the security market determined according to the legislation of each of the Parties.
The admission of securities to placement and the request for limits of the territory of the Party which resident is the issuer of securities is performed according to the legislation of this Party.
