the decision of State commission on securities and the stock market of June 14, 2011 No. 721 "About approval of Changes to Regulations on procedure for creation and disclosure of information by the company on asset management on results of activities and calculation of net assets value of institutes of joint investment (share and corporate investment funds) and approval of the Procedure for filling with the company on asset management of electronic forms of information which move in State commission on securities and the stock market", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 23, 2011 for No. 1001/19739;
the decision of State commission on securities and the stock market of July 15, 2011 No. 955 "About modification of the decision of State commission on securities and the stock market of August 11, 2004 No. 340", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 13, 2011 on No. 1186/19924;
the decision of State commission on securities and the stock market of October 20, 2011 No. 1484 "About approval of Changes to Regulations on procedure for creation and provision of administrative data concerning activities of managing directors of mortgage covering and the Procedure for filling with managing directors of mortgage covering of electronic forms of administrative data who move in State commission on securities and the stock market", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 18, 2012 for No. 62/20375.
