1. Declare invalid the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of October 2, 2012 No. 1341 "About settlement, arising in connection with cessation of production of professional activity in the stock market - depository activity, namely depository activity of securities depository", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 24, 2012 for No. 1781/22093 (with changes).

2. Department of regulation of depository and clearing activity (I. Kurochkin) to provide submission of this decision on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To provide to management of information technologies, external and internal communications (A. Zaik):

publications of this decision in the official printing publication of the National commission on securities and the stock market;

promulgation of this decision on the official site of the National commission on securities and the stock market.

4. This decision becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. Control over the implementation of this decision to assign to the member of the commission A. Tarasenko.
