Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Ombudsman (Акыйкатчы) of the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2002, No. 10, the Art. 437) the following changes:

Elected in the second round of vote is considered the candidate which gathered majority of votes from number of the present deputies, but at least than 50 voices of deputies of Jogorku Kenesh.

If any of candidates in the second round did not gather the poll of deputies required for election, the third round of vote on one candidate which received the greatest poll of deputies, but poll of deputies, not sufficient for election, is held.

Following the results of the third round the candidate which gathered majority of votes from number of the present deputies, but at least than 50 voices of deputies of Jogorku Kenesh is considered the favourites.

If in the third round the candidate did not gather the poll required for election, new elections with promotion of new candidates are held
