About modification and amendments in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About economic partnerships and societies"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About economic partnerships and societies" of November 15, 1996 No. 60 the following changes and amendments:
1. To declare Item 3 of Article 1 invalid.
2. State Article 2 in the following edition:
"Article 2. Legislation on economic partnerships and societies
1. The legislation on economic partnerships and societies consists of the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Civil code of the Kyrgyz Republic, this Law and other regulatory legal acts, and also come in the procedure established by the law into force of international treaties which participant is the Kyrgyz Republic.
2. Features of formation of the authorized capital and its use, legal regime of property, and also feature of activities of governing bodies, restrictions of economic activity of separate types of the commercial organizations: banks, the insurance companies, joint businesses and other economic partnerships and societies along with this Law are regulated by other regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic.".
3. In Article 3:
in item 4:
in paragraph one "representative" to replace the word with the word "legislative";
in the paragraph the second "Legal acts" shall be replaced with words words "Regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic";
state Item 6 in the following edition:
"6. Foreign legal entities and citizens, and also persons without citizenship take part in the economic partnerships and societies created according to this Law, in accordance with general practice, if other is not established by regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic.".
4. In Article 4:
declare Item 3 invalid;
in Items 10 and 12 of the word "legal acts" shall be replaced with words "regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic";
