Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About giving of special status to the separate border territories of the Kyrgyz Republic and their development" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2011, No. 7, the Art. 148) the following amendment:
Add the law with Article 2-1 of the following content:
"Article 2-1. The restrictions connected with special status of the separate border territories of the Kyrgyz Republic
In the border territories of the Kyrgyz Republic having special status making of the civil transactions connected with alienation of any kinds of real estate objects irrespective of patterns of ownership, in property is forbidden to foreign citizens, stateless persons and foreign legal entities, except for kayrylman.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective after three months from the date of official publication.
