According to part 7 of article 317 of the Federal law "About Customs Regulation in the Russian Federation" Government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on the simplified procedure for making of customs transactions concerning goods which are accepted by air carrier for shipment in the accompanied baggage.
2. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 3, 2012 No. 172 "About the simplified procedure for making of customs transactions concerning the goods accepted by air carrier for shipment in the accompanied baggage with the place of departure in the territory of the Russian Federation to the destination outside customs area of the Customs union with intermediate landing in the place of departure from the territory of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 12, the Art. 1412).
3. This resolution becomes effective after 30 days after day of its official publication.
