Item 13 Corrected carrying out calculations and money transfer in connection with forming and use of additional oil and gas incomes of the federal budget, the means of the Reserve fund and National welfare fund approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 14, 2013 No. 699 "About carrying out calculations and money transfer in connection with the forming and use of additional oil and gas incomes of the federal budget, means of the Reserve fund and National welfare fund, and also about recognition which voided separate acts of the Government of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 34, Art. 4434; 2014, No. 15, of the Art. 1751) to add with the paragraph of the following content:

"In case of purchase at the expense of means of the federal budget within amount of additional oil and gas incomes of the federal budget of foreign currency such foreign currency is transferred into accounts on accounting of means of the Reserve fund and National welfare fund in foreign currency in volume of its acquisition. At the same time change of ruble equivalent of the secured foreign currency at the time of its transfer does not attract recalculation of the amount of means of additional oil and gas incomes of the federal budget which is subject to transfer to reserve fund accounts and National welfare fund.".
