About modification and amendments in resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

"According to the paragraph the second subitem 1.4 of Item 1 of article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 10, 2007 "About fauna" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:";
1.1.2. in Rules of catching of wild animals for the purpose of content and (or) cultivation in bondage, and also installations, introductions, reintroduction, acclimatization, the crossings approved by this resolution:
add item 4 with part three of the following content:
"Compliance of conditions of keeping of wild animals to the requirements to content of wild animals established by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection shall be confirmed with the act of conditions of keeping of wild animals which is drawn up by legal entities, individual entrepreneurs and physical persons planning catching of wild animals for the purpose of content and cultivation in bondage in the presence of representatives of territorial authority of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection and the specialist of the public veterinary service of the respective area, city and is signed by all attendees.";
