This Procedure determines the payment mechanism of pension and provision of social services to citizens of Ukraine who live in the territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol and do not receive pensions and social services from the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation or other ministries and departments performing provision of pensions in the Russian Federation (further - persons).
