About introduction of amendments to article 14 of the Federal law "About Advertising"

Article 1

Bring in article 14 of the Federal Law of March 13, 2006 No. 38-FZ "About advertizing" (The Russian Federation Code, 2006, No. 12, Art. 1232; 2009, No. 52, Art. 6430; 2011, No. 30, Art. 4566) following changes:

"15. The restrictions established by this Federal Law concerning advertizing of separate types of goods in TV programs do not extend to the advertizing placed in the place of the event broadcast on the air or in record, the statements which except for are specially created for broadcasting.".

Article 2

This Federal Law becomes effective since January 1, 2015.
