Article 1

Bring in the Law of the Russian Federation of April 19, 1991 No. 1032-1 "About employment of the population in the Russian Federation" (in edition of the Federal Law of April 20, 1996 No. 36-FZ) (Sheets of the Congress of People's Deputies of RSFSR and the Supreme Council of RSFSR, 1991, No. 18, Art. 565; Russian Federation Code, 1996, No. 17, Art. 1915; 1999, No. 18, Art. 2211; No. 29, Art. 3696; No. 47, Art. 5613; 2003, No. 2, Art. 160; 2004, No. 35, Art. 3607; 2006, No. 1, Art. 10; 2007, No. 1, Art. 21; No. 43, Art. 5084; 2008, No. 30, Art. 3616; No. 52, Art. 6242; 2009, No. 23, Art. 2761; No. 30, Art. 3739; No. 52, Art. 6441, 6443; 2011, No. 29, Art. 4296; No. 49, Art. 7039; 2013, No. 27, Art. 3454, 3477; 2014, No. 19, Art. 2321) following changes:

In paragraph three of Item 3 of Article 3 of the word "the work old-age pension (part of work old-age pension), including ahead of schedule is appointed" shall be replaced with words 1) "are appointed insurance pension on old age (including ahead of schedule) and (or) funded pension";

a) in paragraph one of Item 1 of the word "early appointment of old-age pension, provided by articles 27 and 28 of the Federal law "About Work Pensions in the Russian Federation" shall be replaced with words "early purpose of insurance pension on the old age provided by the Federal Law of December 28, 2013 No. 400-FZ "About insurance pensions" of the word "in Articles 10 and 11" shall be replaced with words "in Articles 11 and 12";

b) to state paragraphs of the first and second of Item 2 in the following edition:

"2. The size of this pension is determined by regulations of insurance pension on old age, the established Federal Law of December 28, 2013 No. 400-FZ "About insurance pensions", including the amount of fixed payment to insurance pension.

On reaching the age granting the right to the insurance pension on old age including appointed ahead of schedule, the receiver of the pension granted according to this Item having the right to perform transition to insurance pension on old age.";

c) state Item 3 in the following edition:

"3. In case of revenues to work or renewal of other activities which is stipulated in Article 11 Federal Laws of December 28, 2013 No. 400-FZ "About insurance pensions" pension payment, this Article established to jobless citizens according to Item 2, stops according to Item 3 of part 1 of article 25 of the specified Federal Law. After the termination of the specified work and (or) activities payment of this pension is recovered according to Item 2 of part 3 and part 4 of article 25 of the specified Federal Law.";

Bring in the Law of the Russian Federation of May 15, 1991 No. 1244-1 "About social protection of the citizens who were affected by radiation owing to catastrophic crash on the Chernobyl NPP" (in editions of the Law of the Russian Federation of June 18, 1992 No. 3061-1) (Sheets of the Congress of People's Deputies of RSFSR and the Supreme Council of RSFSR, 1991, No. 21, Art. 699; Sheets of the Congress of People's Deputies of the Russian Federation and Supreme Council of the Russian Federation, 1992, No. 32, Art. 1861; Russian Federation Code, 1995, No. 48, Art. 4561; 2001, No. 7, Art. 610; 2002, No. 30, Art. 3033; 2004, No. 35, Art. 3607; 2006, No. 30, Art. 3288; 2009, No. 30, Art. 3739; 2013, No. 27, Art. 3477) following changes:

Article 28.1 to state 1) in the following edition:

"Article 28.1. General terms of provision of pensions of the citizens who were injured owing to catastrophic crash on the Chernobyl NPP

The relations connected with provision of pensions of the citizens who were injured owing to catastrophic crash on the Chernobyl NPP are regulated by this Law and other Federal Laws.

To the citizens who were injured owing to catastrophic crash on the Chernobyl NPP, the old-age pension is granted with reduction of age, the stipulated in Clause 8 Federal Laws of December 28, 2013 to No. 400-FZ "About insurance pensions" (further - the Federal Law "About Insurance Pensions"), according to the procedure, provided by Articles 30 - 37 these Laws. The old-age pension at will can be granted to the specified citizens according to the Federal Law "About Insurance Pensions" in the presence of insurance years of service at least 15 years and sizes of individual pension coefficient at least 30, determined using provisions of article 35 of the Federal law "About Insurance Pensions", or the Federal Law of December 15, 2001 No. 166-FZ "About the state provision of pensions in the Russian Federation" (further - the Federal Law "About the State Provision of Pensions in the Russian Federation") in the presence of working life at least 5 years.

The retirement age on old age of the citizens who were injured owing to catastrophic crash on the Chernobyl NPP cannot be less than 50 years for men and 45 years for women (the maximum size of the actual reduction of retirement age on old age - 10 years).

To the citizens specified in article 13 of this Law which are granted the right of retirement on old age with reduction of age the stipulated in Clause 8 Federal Laws "About Insurance Pensions", according to the procedure, provided by Articles 30 - 37 these Laws and which at the same time have the right to purpose of insurance pension on old age before achievement of the specified age according to Items 1 - 10, 16 - 18 parts 1 of Article 30 and Items 1 - 6 parts 1 of article 32 of the Federal law "About Insurance Pensions", reduction of retirement age on old age are made on the basis provided by the Federal Law "About Insurance Pensions", and at will on one of the bases provided by this Law. At the same time if the amount of sizes of reduction of retirement age on old age on all available bases exceeds 10 years, then the amount of exceeding is equated to years of service on the corresponding work types according to the procedure, stipulated by the legislation the Russian Federation for separate categories of the citizens injured with catastrophic crash on the Chernobyl NPP, as of December 31, 2014, for the purpose of determination of size of individual pension coefficient for the periods taking place till 2015.

On reaching the age granting the right to the insurance pension on old age including appointed ahead of schedule, receivers of the old-age pension granted according to this Law having the right to address for establishment of insurance pension on old age according to the Federal Law "About Insurance Pensions". At the same time the specified citizens at their choice have the right to pension on one basis.";

2) in Article 29 part one:

a) in Item 1 of the word "The Federal Law "About Work Pensions in the Russian Federation" shall be replaced with words "The Federal Law "About Insurance Pensions";

b) third Item 3 to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"to the children who did not reach age of 18 years, and also studying on full-time according to the main educational programs in the organizations performing educational activities including in the foreign organizations located outside the territory of the Russian Federation if the direction on training is made according to international treaties of the Russian Federation, before the end of such training by them, but not longer than before achievement of age by them 25 years;";

3) in Article 30:

a) in Item of 1 part one of the word "article 7 of the Federal law "About Work Pensions in the Russian Federation" shall be replaced with words "article 8 of the Federal law "About Insurance Pensions";

b) in Item of 1 part two of the word "article 7 of the Federal law "About Work Pensions in the Russian Federation" shall be replaced with words "article 8 of the Federal law "About Insurance Pensions";

"In the subitem 1 of Item 1 of article 27 of the Federal law "About Work Pensions in the Russian Federation" shall be replaced with words 4) in Article 31 of the word "in Item 1 of part 1 of article 30 of the Federal law "About Insurance Pensions", shall be replaced with words words of "retirement pension" "insurance pension", "according to subitems 1 - the 10th Item 1 of article 27 of the Federal law "About Work Pensions in the Russian Federation" shall be replaced with words words "according to Items 1 - 10 parts 1 of article 30 of the Federal law "About Insurance Pensions";

5) in Article 32 part one:

Article 3

In Item 4.3 of article 20 of the Law of the Russian Federation of June 26, 1992 No. 3132-1 "About the status of judges in the Russian Federation" (Sheets of the Congress of People's Deputies of the Russian Federation and the Supreme Council of the Russian Federation, 1992, No. 30, Art. 1792; Russian Federation Code, 1995, No. 26, Art. 2399; 2012, No. 53, Art. 7594; No. 27, the Art. 3466) the word "labor" to exclude 2013,.

Article 4
